John Jose is a seasoned trial lawyer with a dedicated focus on helping individuals who have been seriously injured or lost loved ones due to tragic accidents. With extensive experience in handling complex cases, including oilfield accidents, electrocution incidents, gas explosions, construction site accidents, heavy truck collisions, and traumatic brain injuries, John’s clients know they can rely on his skill, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Before founding Jose & Vaughn, John was the managing partner of the Fort Worth office of Slack Davis Sanger, a position he held from 2011 until founding his new firm. Prior to that, John was a founding partner of Jose, Henry, Brantley, MacLean & Alvarado, a prominent Fort Worth law firm he founded in 1984, where he built a reputation for excellence in trial advocacy.

A Board-Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, John has consistently been recognized for his legal expertise and dedication to his clients. In 2016, he was honored with the H.G. Wells Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award by the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, acknowledging his ethical standards, exceptional professional conduct, and outstanding trial advocacy skills.
